General Terms & Conditions

Our General Terms & Conditions applies to all charters, package tours, Atlantic City and all/any other services provided through Amazing Destinations LTD.

Amazing Destinations LTD. acts only in the capacity of agent/broker in making arrangements for transportation whether by common contract or private carrier, sightseeing tours, restaurants, hotel accommodations and any other arrangements. Amazing Destinations LTD. does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default or negligence on the part of any motorcoach carrier, restaurant, hotel, company, or person rendering any of the services in connection with the tour itineraries. It accepts no responsibility in part or whole for delayed departure or arrival, mechanical malfunction, failure, breakdown, quarantine, labor dispute, damage or delay due to sickness, weather, or any cause beyond their control.

Amazing Destinations LTD. has the right to modify any tour when the need arises. This will be done with all efforts to maintain the original itinerary. Amazing Destinations LTD. does not assume any liability for lost or damaged baggage and or items left on the bus. We reserve the right to substitute other equipment and/or subcontract to another transportation company. Customer is responsible for all damages to interior/exterior of the vehicle and such charged can be charged to the customer’s credit card or billed at the discretion of Amazing Destinations LTD. If there is a fuel increase a fuel surcharge will be imposed. Rates in brochure are based on the 5 boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island & Manhattan) there will be an additional fee imposed for other pickup locations outside of the 5 boroughs.

There will be a bus cleanup surcharge of $450.00 for any bus that comes back to the pickup location in any other condition then it was sent to you the chartering part, payment is due at time of drop off to the bus driver.

From time to time, Amazing Destinations customers may be photographed while on tour and pictures may be posted in our publications, on our website and on social media websites, if you do not want your picture taken, please alert the Amazing Destinations Driver at the start of your trip. When the coach is moving, it is best to remain seated for your safety. If an emergency arises and you need to move about the motorcoach, always hold onto the back of the seat or the overhead racks.


The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Motor Carrier Safety, has adopted certain ELD (electronic driving device) regulations for the protection and safety of both the customer and the driver. Smoking in vehicles is not permitted. The use of drugs and underage drinking is prohibited. We have the right to terminate transportation due to unruly behavior or police being called to assist the driver. No refunds will be given.

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person- to- person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. Amazing Destinations, LTD. cannot prevent you or your child(ren) from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing Amazing Destinations, LTD. services, or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize Amazing Destinations, LTD. services and/or enter onto Amazing Destinations, LTD. premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself and/or my children in order to utilize Amazing Destinations, LTD. services and enter Amazing Destinations, LTD. premises. These services are of such value to me and/or to my children, that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 in order to utilize Amazing Destinations, LTD. services, and premises in person. I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Amazing Destinations, LTD. and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Amazing Destinations, LTD. services, and premises. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen, or unforeseen.



  1. If a check is returned to Amazing Destinations Ltd. For any reason, there will be a fee of $55.00.
  2. Inter-borough pickups will incur an additional charge of $200.00 per bus per borough.
  3. We are not responsible for typographical errors on contracts or brochures.
  4. Driver gratuities are not included in the price of tours.
  5. Sleeping Accommodations:
    Single Room – One person one bed
    Double Room – Two persons two beds
    Triple Room – Three persons two beds
    Quad Room – Four persons 2 beds. Example: One adult and one child in a room would be considered at a single rate for adult plus the child rate, two adults and two children in a room would be considered at a double rate for adults plus child rate for 2 children.
  6. In the event of last-minute changes by client up to 7 days prior to trip date.  Example: Adding passengers or changing itinerary, there will be a $100.00 administration fee added and payable at time of change.


An origination fee of $500.00 is levied on all cancelled contracts regardless of date.

Multi-Day Tours – The fee is $1000.00. Special trips and or events, (Sight & Sound, Cruises, Broadway Shows, Concerts, Lobsterfest, Seafood fest, etc.) the cancellation fee will be higher.

Cancelation Within 45 days – There will be a $2500.00 fee per bus. Multi-Day tours will be  $3500.00 per bus.

Cancelation Within 14 days – If tours are cancelled within 14 days of your trip all monies will be forfeited. Any payments made to hotels are non-refundable as well as any Lobster Fest, Crab Fest, Seafood Fest, Concerts, Cruises, Sight & Sound and Broadway Shows.


Amazing Destinations complies with USDOT Hours of Service A driver can’t drive more than 10 hours in a 15-hour day without 8 hours off duty. Please advise us in writing if you will require a 2nd driver. Our drivers will not exceed USDOT Hours of

Service and will stop driving until legally allowed to resume. There will be additional charges if a 2nd. driver is needed. Overtime will also be charged if your driver is out of hours and can’t continue
